System Engineer

As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. You will monitor servers, networks, hardware, software, and user systems to ensure reliable and secure day-to-day operations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring systems, managing user access, performing regular maintenance, and supporting employees with IT-related concerns. You will also assist with system upgrades, backups, security practices, and infrastructure improvements while ensuring minimal downtime. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, a practical understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to handle technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of Windows systems and basic Linux
• Understanding of computer hardware, networking, LAN/WAN, and TCP/IP
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of routers, switches, printers, and network devices
• Basic understanding of server management and backups
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of IT security and access management
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle multiple technical issues and prioritize tasks
• Relevant IT experience or certification is preferred
