• Share necessary files, hosting details, login credentials, or access permissions on time.
• Review and approve project work within the agreed timeframe.

Any delays in communication, approvals, or submission of required files and information may result in delays in project timelines and delivery schedules.

Payment Terms

All payments need to be made according to the quotation, proposal, or invoice provided by Buddys Infotech.

Not making payments on time may result in:

• Project delays and potential delays in delivering projects.
• Temporary suspension of services provided by Buddys Infotech.
• Blocking access to files, hosting, or work.

If you require any services beyond the approved scope of work, those services will be charged separately.

Intellectual Property

If not agreed otherwise in writing, original work created by Buddys Infotech will retain ownership by us until full payment for services rendered is provided. Our work may not be used in any other way besides the scope of the initial project without our explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

Although we aim to provide secure solutions and services, we do not take responsibility for:

• Indirect financial losses..
• Website downtimes or server downtimes.
• Any cybersecurity attacks or cyber threats.
• Failing to deliver services or solutions due to third-party software.
• Data loss due to external hosting services and unexpected situations.

You should always keep backups and follow cybersecurity recommendations.

Project Timelines

Any provided estimates regarding delivery times may change at any moment due to the aforementioned reasons.

Termination of Services

Termination of the project agreement or services can be requested by either party with written notice to Buddys Infotech. In this case:

• Completed work and any unpaid invoices become payable immediately.
• Some services may not be available until outstanding invoices are paid.
• Provided work will still be under Intellectual Property Terms.
