• Review and approve project work within the agreed timeframe

Delays in communication, approvals, or submission of required files may push back project timelines and delivery schedules.

All payments must be made according to the quotation, proposal, or invoice provided by Buddys Infotech.

Late payments may result in:

• Project delays and pushed-back delivery timelines
• Temporary suspension of services
• Blocked access to files, hosting, or work

Any services beyond the approved scope of work are charged separately.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, original work created by Buddys Infotech remains our property until full payment is received. Our work may not be used outside the scope of the original project without our explicit permission.

While we aim to deliver secure solutions, we're not responsible for:

• Indirect financial losses
• Website or server downtime
• Cybersecurity attacks or cyber threats
• Failure to deliver caused by third-party software
• Data loss from external hosting or unexpected events

Always keep backups and follow good cybersecurity practices.

Timelines adjust based on the size and complexity of a project. Factors that affect delivery include:

• Complexity and scope of the project
• Requested revisions or changes to scope
• Delays in approvals or content delivery
• Integrations with third-party services or websites

Any estimated delivery time may change at any point for the reasons above.

Either party can request termination of the project agreement with written notice. When this happens:

• Completed work and any unpaid invoices become payable immediately
• Some services may be paused until outstanding invoices are settled
• Delivered work still remains governed by the Intellectual Property terms
